Brought my wife’s Infiniti for a brake job when dealer quoted outrageous prices. Phil and Colby are an awesome duo. The shop is nicer than any dealership service department, high tech and clean. They were super nice, welcoming, and accommodating as they took me late in the day pretty much evening and still got me out of there right quick. Their pricing is unbeatable. Period. They even offered to look at some other issue I had with the front wheel when Phil noticed it on the test drive so they are super attuned to issues, and they are honest! They easily could have ran up the bill for a stuck caliper but they were able to fix mine and save me a mucho moola. I will surely be bringing all my cars to them. No more dealerships for me. This place is a gem! I wish I found them sooner. Would have saved hundreds over the years and always feel like I was getting a great value versus being bled dry by dealerships and other unscrupulous shops. You have earned a customer for life, Dixon Motorsports!
Dixon motors saved me money & fixed my car better than it’s ever ran!-*—Honest review here-BMW quoted me thousands to fix my turbo and replace it I was really bummed out cause I just bought it and the warranty lapsed so I called Phil to shop prices & see if he could beat the dealership. Dixon motors quoted me over 30% less than the dealership. After speaking to Dixon motor sports I took my car to Phil at Dixon for a second opinion. Dixon fixed it the issue & told me the turbo did not need to be replaced-it just needed To be adjusted!!!! Phil & Dixon motor sports saved me thousands of dollars !! & only charged 25$ for two light bulbs. That saved me thousands. Dixon was honest & FIXED THE PROBLEM. MY CAR RUNS FLAWLESSLY. Amazing work guys- thanks Phil!!!!If you are into rebuilds from old to new no one knows BMWs like this guy. Go by his shop and check it out it’s worth a look ….The cars I’ve seen this guy build by hand from vintage to current models that don’t even exist like a new station wagon M5 are pretty cool. when you go in his shop look around it’s like a Candy store for BMW owners & full of some really cool builds.
I recently purchased a BMW touring from a private buyer in MI. I purchased this vehicle site unseen as I live in VA. I requested a PPI on the vehicle which was done by Dixon. Not only did they do it in a very timely manner, they updated me with feedback & photos of the few negatives they found which gave me confidence in buying the vehicle. Due to purchasing this vehicle site unseen, I asked the owner of Dixon, Phil, if he would facilitate this sale to put me at ease as I could not travel to get the car myself. While I do not know if he does this regularly, he immediately said yes & did exactly what was asked to give me the utmost confidence that I was safe in this transaction. I took delivery of my vehicle yesterday & I couldn’t be happier. I have to thank Phil tremendously for his assistance as he provided the reassurance I needed to feel good about this purchase. Unfortunately, I am not closer to him to do business more regularly however I encourage those that are to take advantage of it. I cannot recommend him enough.
The team at Dixon is fantastic. Worked with Colby via phone over the course of a few days before my exhaust drop shipped to his shop. Once it arrived on Friday at 130p his team immediately started the install. By 530p that same day I was there to meet his team and drive away as one happy customer.
